tL's phOTOGRAPH_oF_tHE_dAY #1847 - This 36 passenger school bus, built by Dodge in 1936, served a small consolidated district in rural Indiana. Safety has always been part of school bus design, including this eye-catching color called double-deep orange. Yellow became the standard in 1959.
