tL's phOTOGRAPH_oF_tHE_dAY #1404 - a grapefruit yields 3.2 ounces of juice. 2 1/2 grapefruit will provide 1 cup of nectar. Yesterday I juiced 75 grapefruit (150 halves) and extracted 240 ounces of liquid sunshine; 1.875 gallons of straight Vitamin C energy.
