TEDD LiGGETT’s phOTOGRAPH_oF_tHE_dAY #1316 \ mAYfLOWER

tL's phOTOGRAPH_oF_tHE_dAY #1316 - Inventing the word ‘grueling’ during their 66-day journey the English Separatists, better known as Pilgrims, transported themselves aboard the Mayflower to conserve their cultural identity, religious freedom and a new colony. Which, still is, the central theme of history & culture in the United States of America.

Today, 21/11/2009, marks the 389th anniversary of the dropping of the Mayflower anchor inside the hook-tip of Cape Cod, Princetown Habah, Massachusetts. I am ... a maternal descendent of the Mayflower, related to my distant cousin Edward Doty - an indentured servant aboard and a signer of the Mayflower Compact.
